Package: imagemagick-6.q16 Version: 8:6.9.10.23+dfsg-2.1 As ImageMagick does not detect how much resources the system has, but instead relies on a hardwired file, I find the advice of https://github.com/ImageMagick/ImageMagick/issues/396#issuecomment-319569255 is the only way to make it usable these days.
