I'm pretty sure "telinit" uses isolate. See https://github.com/systemd/systemd/blob/master/src/initctl/initctl.c#L101 So the documentation looks correct to me. Please elaborate -- Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the universe are pointed away from Earth?
