Hm, this shouldn't happen -- I suspect that's the culprit. Please install the relevant -dbgsym packages, run GNUMail in gdb and put a break on NSException -raise; like this: $ gdb GNUMail (gdb) break -[NSException raise] Function "-[NSException raise]" not defined. Make breakpoint pending on future shared library load? (y or [n]) y Breakpoint 1 (-[NSException raise]) pending.
