Dear Maintainer, unfortunately I got the impression that upstream bugs [1] and [2] would really have been the same and therefore assumed the patch [2] would actually fix this bug too. Actually I guess just [1] is the right one - based on the linked retrace.fedoraproject.org backtrace.
However, on a second look, I found there got another "xml" patch applied upstream that matches even better [3]. This time I rebuilt 0.4.8-1 with the patch in [3] applied and could not reproduce the crash when saving/loading. In this short test I received no crash that would need my previous proposed upstream patch, so I am not sure if that should stay or be dropped.
