Bug#930868: apt-cacher-ng: cron.daily script always fails with 502 Connection closed

Thanks, Eduard, for the swift reply. It turns out that a recent change
to the /etc/hosts.allow was blocking access from localhost ([::1]/128),
which the daily cron script (specifically the 'acngtool') needs to work.

My bad. Sorry for the noise.
