Dear Maintainer, starting with Debian version 1:2.3.2-1, dsync no longer syncs sieve filters. Incoming syncs for sieve changes made on older servers (e.g. using dovecot from stretch) are still synced, but changes made on broken versions are not synced to any other server. All newer versions, including 1:2.3.4.1-5, are affected. The problem has been fixed upstream with the following commit: https://github.com/dovecot/pigeonhole/commit/0e91911d22d43621c820d7f5b28be671050fd290 I've just re-built and tested the 1:2.3.4.1-5 package with that patch applied and confirmed that it fixes the problem (sieve script sync works both ways again).
