I think we are in a good state now in unstable. We should have to accept the unblock.

Give where we are (super close to the release date), maybe we should not do anything (unblock or removal).

This will be transparent for our users and won't be an actual issue. removal might have some unexpected side effects
with other rust-based packages.

I am happy to work to fix that in a dot release of buster.
