* What led up to the situation?
After upgrade to Debian 10 Buster
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
1. press ctrl+space to trigger input method as usual way, and scim response
nothing
2. I click keyboard icon on buttom-left panel, i want to choice input method
manually, but fail. response nothing as well
* right click keyboard icon, the menu shown and I can check scim settings. It's
seems normally, no any conf setting missing
* What was the outcome of this action?
* What outcome did you expect instead?
