Package: debian-handbook
Severity: normal

The description on how to compile the kernel packages has stopped working
with Debian 9 and kernel 4.14 and persists with Debian 10 kernel 4.19.

Command line:

$ nice -15 make -j1 deb-pkg KDEB_PKGVERSION=4.19.57-1 V=0

At the moment I get:

  AR      kernel/built-in.a
make[4]: *** No rule to make target 'debian/certs/debian-uefi-certs.pem',
needed by 'certs/x509_certificate_list'.  Stop.
