There's a comment in d/copyright explaining why this package is in contrib: «The upstream Perl distribution is freely licensed by the copyright holders but depends on Oracle Instant Client software, that is not free. Therefore, it belongs to Debian contrib section according to DFSG.» Is there something that has recently changed that maybe I'm missing? Thanks!
