Over on https://dev.gnupg.org/T4632 it looks like upstream has no plans to make it easier to cross-compile libgpg-error without having at least run a native compiler once, so i'm closing this ticket as i think it's not something we can resolve. You could, if you wanted to, try to guess what it would be from the other existing lock-obj-pub.powerpc-*.h in the codebase, and then try building it and see if it works, but i don't know how to test it adequately. If you do manage to get a native compiler for your specific platform and it produces a lock-obj-pub.powerpc-*.h please don't hesitate to send it on, either here in the debian BTS, or at the upstream bugtracker at https://dev.gnupg.org/, so that the platform will be easier to support in the future. --dkg
