Control: tag -1 pending
It seems I filed a sortof duplicate bug, as the transition to build-depends on debhelper-compat (= 12) has already happened in git. What's needed to move this forward? I don't feel strongly about what the dh level we generate, but I'd like to unblock the perl team on uploading dh-make-perl. d
