Dear FTP Masters, Package qct has an inactive upstream since 2011 and is using Qt4 and Python2 currently, which are due to be removed. The original package maintainer has filed an RFA bug back in 2016, in which suggested to remove this package ( https://bugs.debian.org/827169 ). I think 3 years later it's appropriate to have it removed in the Bullseye cycle. Thanks, Boyuan Yang
