Enrico asked me to do this, and wrote me a script for it, called "parse". I'm not sure if I needed to modify it or not, I think I did. The only thing I can currently find is his mail from 3 Aug 2017. It might be on my old laptop. It parses the *_voters.txt file and submits that. Kurt
