I believe the quoted email was intended for the bugs.debian.org owners.
As a consequence of recieving spam, my sender email will now be disabled. If you want to reach me, please send blind carbon copies to the email with user part fix-199392 at subdomain.mydomain.tld, and use "please" as the subdomain rather than any randomly generated word. Bcc only, ok?
There have been several constructive suggestions posted to linked bug reports already. Attempting to add to these I ask, would you be more likely to reconsider the wontfix tag if the functionality of hiding email addresses only happned after explicit opt-in by the submitter?
