Bug#932379: apt-mirror doesn't grab *.xz i18n Translation files

Please consider including the fix for this to "apt-mirror" packages in 
previous releases.

Some of us use Deb 8/9 (jessie/strech) to run our internal mirrors, and 
those mirrors will server Deb10 (buster) systems.
