I'm packaging this because it's (indirectly) a build-dependency of newer versions of storm; that package was recently removed, but I plan to reintroduce it once I finish getting Python 3 support landed upstream. While this does overlap a bit in function with python-testing.postgresql, this integrates with the fixtures testing framework which makes it much more practical to use in test suites that use that for other purposes.
