Package is unusable on Buster 10.0

Of course it is "upgrade" issue, as from upgrade from previous Debian
to 10.0 it does not work.

So if you close the bug for that reason, you leave that open, there is
no improvement for users.

I had to remove firewall, which I used for years due to this.
