Package: python3
Version: 3.7.3-1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

I noticed the same error while installing in a pristine virtual
environment the python packages 'vdirsyncer' or 'pygobject' (I made a
bug report to gnome for the later in case it matters:
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/pygobject/issues/358)

Here's the final line of the vdirsyncer installation:

ImportError:
/tmp/easy_install-e4zaxt6y/vdirsyncer-0.17.0a3/.eggs/cffi-1.12.3-py3.7-linux-x86_64.egg/_cffi_backend.cpython-37m-x86_64-linux-gnu.so:
failed to map segment from shared object

as you can see from gnome's bug report it's the same issue with
pygobject. It made me realize that the issue might not be with the
packages but with the python shipped with sid. Thus I tried on a
buster box I have and vdirsyncer installs successfully.

I wonder if this bug is related to #919134 (although I am not sure as
this bug was found before the buster release).

Regards (and thanks for all the work you've done this far ;) as I
never had the opportunity to thank you since I never had an issue
before),
