Dear maintainers,

With a 1.5 month old upload of r-cran-tibble the autopkgtest of
r-cran-tibble fails in testing when that autopkgtest is run with the
binary packages of r-cran-tibble from unstable. It passes when run with
only packages from testing. In tabular form:
                       pass fail
r-cran-tibble from testing 2.1.3-1
all others from testing from testing

I copied some of the output at the bottom of this report. Interestingly
the package passes in unstable, so it seems the problem is just that
some (test) dependency isn't migrating. Checking for other packages that
fail to test with r-cran-tibble, I spotted r-cran-pillar. The failure
there is "opposite", so I think r-cran-tibble wants the latest version
of r-cran-pillar for it's autopkgtest. This could be only a problem for
the autopkgtest, but it could point at an issue for the package as well.

Currently this regression is blocking the migration to testing [1] of
both r-cran-tibble and r-cran-pillar.
