Dear Maintainer,

ConTeXt uses inkscape to handle SVG in OpenType font format as
http://tracker.luatex.org/view.php?id=1013

But the Debian package does not depend/recommend/suggest the inkscape
package. Some kind of dependency seems reasonable.

The same comment might apply to texlive-luatex package,
though the supporting status of SVG-OT font by lualatex seems unclear as
https://github.com/latex3/luaotfload/issues/96
