Hi Dmitry, I doubt your wish will be granted, PHP 7.0 upstream became end of life around December 2018, thus packaging it is not relevant anymore.
Anyway, reality catches up with us… I need to keep PHP 5.6 for a while at TuxFamily, in order to prevent breaking "a couple of" (thousands…) legacy websites. Looking for similar issues drove me toward this bug report, the build issues you had with PHP 7.0 looks like to be exactly the same I had with PHP 5.6.
