I found that the package you maintain in Debian ( https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/tstools) is not in good shape and has some release-critical (RC) bugs. Given that this package saw no updates in the last 10 years, I am filing an ITS (Intent to Salvage) bug according to ยง5.12 in Debian's Developers Reference[1]. Please let me know if you are going to continue with package maintenance for tstools. If no response is received with in 21 days (by Oct. 20, 2019), I will proceed and upload a non-maintainer upload (NMU) to DELAYED/7 and fix bugs lying in tstools, which would also have the package maintainership transferred.
