The affected packages fail to satisfy their cross Build-Depends, because
their dependency on geoip-database is unsatisfiable. In general,
Architecture: all packages can never satisfy cross build dependencies
unless marked Multi-Arch: foreign or annotated :native. In this case,
the foreign marking is reasonable, because geoip-database provides an
architecture-independent database and doesn't have any dependencies nor
maintainer scripts. Please consider applying the attached patch.
