In the current libgraphviz-dev version (2.42.2-2) the originally
reported symlinks are gone, but a new one has popped up:

to libgvplugin_visio.so.6.0.0

According to apt-file there is no libgvplugin_visio.so.6.0.0 anywhere in
the archive.
