Hi, i experience the the same or a similar bug. It seems that https://github.com/Enigma-Game/Enigma/pull/21 fixes this bug. I did not build sayed version since the documentation does not work against master, there is no ./configure.
The bug only occurs in windowed-mode, which is a good indicator that this fix will help. I'm happy to help to get this resolved if needed
