Package: postbooks
Version: 4.11.3-2
Severity: serious
Justification: Policy 2.2.1

Dear xTuple Maintainers,
I noticed that this package is in Debian main and is [released] under
the terms of the Common Public Attribution License (CPAL).

[released]:
<https://tracker.debian.org/media/packages/p/postbooks/copyright-4.11.3-2>

However, software solely released under the terms of the CPAL [fails]
to comply with the DFSG, as [discussed] in 2007 on the debian-legal
mailing list.

[fails]:
<https://wiki.debian.org/DFSGLicenses#Common_Public_Attribution_License>
[discussed]: <https://lists.debian.org/debian-legal/2007/09/msg00165.html>

Please persuade the upstream copyright holders to switch to a
clearly acceptable license, such as the GNU LGPL v2.1, for instance.

Otherwise, please move the package to the non-free archive, or remove
it from Debian altogether.

Thanks for your time.
Bye!
