Now we have python(2)-pyqt5.qtwebengine back in Debian (thanks to the maintainers!), calibre 4 is (hopefully) only blocked by the outdated libQt (Debian still contains the preumbrial 5.11 ;-). But light is at the end of the tunnel, there is a transition registered to 5.12, https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/qtbase-abi-5-12-5.html so we might see Calibre 4 in Debian at some point ...
