Hello Lalit Kumar, this issue is tracked in Debian bug #939754 and should disappear by installing latest updates to libgegl-0.4-0 in version 0.4.14-2. This was caused by gimp 2.10.8-2+b1 being built against libgegl-0.4-0 in version 0.4.14-1, but running with version 0.4.12-2 causes a crash. You seem to run Kali Linux, so I cannot say if the updates are already available there. This issue was raised in their bug tracker too in [1].
