This appears fixed in the Debian Package Tracker, which currently links to https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/rasdaemon .
https://pagure.io/rasdaemon is a less useful choice, as it doesn't belong to upstream but to the Debian package maintainer. As of this writing the content looks stale (the newest commit is two years old, give or take a few weeks).
