Because it's your responsibility as maintainer to make sure your
packages are properly maintained.

I beg to differ. DSA uses icinga (currently version 1, but still).

"Unblock testing migration" is no reason for a removal. There may be
some, but that's not up for me to tell you.
Right now I see FTBFS, which is a serious bug on the package. So I'm
assigning the bug again. Stop playing with it.
