You might also want to update your packaging a bit. I get rather problematic Lintian warnings and errors here: W: squashfs-tools-ng: package-name-doesnt-match-sonames libsquashfs0 E: squashfs-tools-ng: non-empty-dependency_libs-in-la-file usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libsquashfs.la W: squashfs-tools-ng: non-dev-pkg-with-shlib-symlink usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libsquashfs.so.0.0.0 usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libsquashfs.so And sometimes ftp-master will not accept a package with Lintian errors.
