I have addressed both of the issues you pointed out, and re-released the package with a hefty copyright file. I ran a grep -ri copyright on the upstream sources and added everything that made sense, to the best of my "reconstruction" ability - e.g. some files had copyright owner but missing license, so I defaulted to the project license, MIT.
