Dear mono maintainers, I just found out that since the latest upload of mono was not a source-only upload, this new version will never migrate to Debian testing. According to https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-announce/2019/07/msg00002.html , britney will now reject new uploads from entering Testing when there are maintainer- built packages. Excuse for mono: excuses: Migration status for mono (5.18.0.240+dfsg-3 to 5.18.0.240+dfsg-5): BLOCKED: Rejected/violates migration policy/introduces a regression Issues preventing migration: Not built on buildd: arch all binaries uploaded by directhex, a new source-only upload is needed to allow migration Not built on buildd: arch amd64 binaries uploaded by directhex Additional info: Piuparts tested OK - https://piuparts.debian.org/sid/source/m/mono.html 54 days old (needed 5 days) Not considered Please consider making another source-only upload to solve this problem. You may find more information about source-only upload at https://wiki.debian.org/SourceOnlyUpload . If you are unable to make another upload soon, please let me know if a NMU is okay to you. Thanks and looking forward to your reply. -- Best, Boyuan Yang
