Actually, I believe Lintian is just not considering your python3- minimal dependency has an adequate Python dependency. I assume it works fine with that "minimal" version in your package, but I'm a little hesitant to enlarge the allowed packages to include these wwithout knowing more about the subtle differences between them all...
