It happened on the upgrade to 3.4.3~rc6+1-1 (I skipped 3.4.3~rc6-1)
from 3.4.2-2 and today to 3.4.3~rc7-1.

On my system they are owned by root, cause spamd runs as root and also
my custom sa-update systemd timer.

Even if it is a local configuration issue, the upgrade must not fail
(it may skip or disable things).
