cgal transition is not made hard at all. Yade is scheduled for
autoremoval and so is pprepair.

pygalmesh is the last one that FTBFS during binNMU and I don't see any
actions on it -> I guess an RC bug is needed against it, to cause
autoremoval, and then cgal_5.0 transition will migrate.

with filter on bad, ignoring packages not in testing.
