Bug bites more often than not.
The program registers when the game is over as you can see when buttons change 
from "Start Over"/"Change Difficulty"/"Pause" to "Play Again"/"Best 
Times"/"Change Difficulty", 
but nevertheless the timer continues to run, so no time is checked for new High 
Score.
This happens with different difficulty levels and started with the current 
version.
