I have now upgraded to Buster, and see the same problem. I also see the
problem using several text editors, not just with mutt, and with
different terminal emulators For example, if I am in vim 7.4 (stock)
and use 'h' and 'l' to move back and forth over this text line:
xxx 🎁🎄, , until 00p
I can clearly see it is not redrawing properly. Hopefully this is a
more reproducible test case on a more current version of Debian.
