Hi I have been working on trying to get rid of python cruft in testing. python-webtest is the last remaining package depending on the cruft package python-waitress. routes is only of only two source packages with build-dependencies on python-webtest.
I just did a test build and it seems that python-webtest is not actually needed for the routes package to build. Dropping the build-dependency would allow python-webtest to be dropped and python-waitress to be decrufted. Are there any objections to dropping this build-dependency? if not I may NMU this package.
