Package: git
Version: 1:2.20.1-2+deb10u1
Severity: wishlist

Dear Maintainer,

Would you please add the testing version of Git (2.24.1) as a backport to
Debian Buster? I'd like to have the new Git command functionality from 2.23
(git switch/restore) and I've seen that some major security vulns were found in
older version of Git
(https://github.blog/2019-12-10-multiple-git-vulnerabilities-in-2-24-and-older/).

Thank you!
Paul
