sbuild -d UNRELEASED -c sid --source --force-orig-source --source-only-changes hello_2.10-2.dsc Results in an hello_2.10-2_amd64.changes that contains references to the .orig.tar but hello_2.10-2_source.changes that does not, which is pretty counterintuitive to me at least. :) I believe my /etc/sbuild/sbuild.conf has no changes from the default, and I moved aside my ~/.sbuildrc.
