Well, the dash source builds a dash package against the glibc, and a dash-udeb package againt the diet libc (statically linked /bin/dash). Is there really a need for a dash-static package, it can simply be created manually by rebuilding the package with DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=diet in the environment.
