Storing prefs in a subfolder of ~/.config folder is a common way theses days, lots of software do that. By the way, Xfce uses freedesktop standards paths, and settings are stored in $XDG_CONFIG_HOME (see http://standards.freedesktop.org/basedir-spec/latest/ar01s03.html ), as this is explained in Xfce documentation ( > http://www.xfce.org/documentation/docs-4.2/ or > file:///usr/share/xfce4/doc/C/index.html ) Regards, -- Yves-Alexis Perez -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
