Ah, somehow I missed that report when I was checking whether this issue had been reported. But I'm glad that it's all fixed. (I had been afraid that the org-notmuch.el file had DFSG issues and am happy that it was simply just upstream doing funny stuff with filenames.) -Sanjoy
