Dear maintainers, The new astropy 4.0 is in Debian unstable now. However, astroquery now fails the CI tests and is therefore preventing astropy from migration. As stated in [1], this is probably only a testing issue, which may be fixed by applying a Github PR [2]. Please consider applying this patch to the package, to let astropy migrate.
