Dear maintainer,
on Debian buster after "sudo apt install vanguards" it is not enabled by
default.
sudo systemctl status vanguards
● vanguards.service - Additional protections for Tor onion services
Loaded: loaded (/lib/systemd/system/vanguards.service; disabled;
vendor preset: enabled)
Active: inactive (dead)
Docs: man:vanguards(1)
Running "sudo systemctl enable vanguards" is required.
