I am quite confident that it actually generates graphs, since this is verified
during its automated testing procedure ("autopktest"). These tests are executed
after every packaging update.
Thus I guess, there is a local issue on your side.
I am curious: which configuration is necessary for you?
Did you see something relevant in the logs?
