libapp-info-perl Build-Depends on libsqlite0-dev, which is an obsolete
branch of sqlite most recently released by its upstream developer in 2005.
This seems to be for a unit test, which seems to take steps to use a mock
version of sqlite anyway, so perhaps the build-dependency can just be
removed?
Or, if it cannot be removed, please use libsqlite3-dev instead.
