Package: libasound2
Version: 1.1.9-1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

   * What led up to the situation?

Upgraded from 1.1.9-1 to 1.2.1-1

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

Used the following snipped in /etc/pulse/default.pa

.ifexists module-echo-cancel.so
load-module module-echo-cancel aec_method=webrtc
.endif

   * What was the outcome of this action?

After upgrading, no input devices were available

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

Downgrading back to 1.1.9-1 restored the microphones

Removing the module-echo-cancel line allows 1.2.1-1 to work, but without echo
cancellation.
